  License plate on the car was expired. When I called they stated it happens all the time and I wouldn't get pulled over since it's a rental car. Customer service was terrible!

  This review is based on the last experience I had with Enterprise (3/29/18 - 4/9/18). I rented a 7-seat Nissan Armada for a family trip. When I picked the vehicle up there was 3/4 of a tank of gas in it. I was told if I returned the Armada with 3/4's to a full tank I would not be charged for gas. The vehicle had not been cleaned by Enterprise when I picked it up, I found junk inside and the outside was filthy dirty.
  
  Greenville, MI Enterprise is not open on Sunday, so when I returned the vehicle on Sunday, 1 day before the rental period was completed, I used the key drop. I left the vehicle with a full tank of gas, I cleaned out the interior thoroughly but did not clean the outside. I was penalized for returning the vehicle early. Because Enterprise Greenville was not open on Sunday I was charged for Monday also, and I was charged extra for gas. I KNOW the tank was full because I filled it on the way to drop it off, as is my usual habit when renting.
  
  I started at the Greenville Enterprise with my concern about the 2 extra charges on my bill. I was pretty much brushed off, then I contacted Enterprise by email about my bill and was brushed off with being passed off to Kenneth Kamba, Regional Vice President from whom I received no communication unless being sent an form email, like every other Enterprise customer, with the heading "We value your feedback" is what they call communication. I'm still trying to figure out if Enterprise has decided that personal communication is too difficult or if they have changed their business model to the norm of ignoring any problems customers contact them about. I don't want to have to drive an hour to rent from someone else if I don't have to and this is the first bad experience I have had. I will rent from Enterprise Greenville again, but one more experience like this one will have me driving someone else's rental when I have to rent.
  
  I had a hard time deciding between a 2- or 3-star rating for this experience.
