  Terrible customer service. Rob, the store manager speaks rudely to his customers and is unwilling to help even though he recognizes his associates are at fault. I highly recommend conducting business elsewhere as you will most likely be treated poorly and spoken to as if you were incompetent. He brags about how well his store performs yet offers horrible customer service. There is clearly no service after the sale. Very disappointed in the leadership roles.
