  I can't say enough about this amazing and caring place. Although we couldn't save my beloved cat, Peep, the staff treated me with sympathy and compassion as I held her and had to say goodbye. Thank you Dr B and staff.

  Called to get prices and Emily was very rude and short let alone their computers were down which I realize is not their fault but the tone in her voice sounded like she was annoyed with the questions I was asking that had to do with my dog that is going to be having puppies. If your going to answer the phone maybe have someone more polite and actually enjoys their job. Her attitude makes it so I don't want to ever bring my animals there.
