  Thank you Becky for the great experience updating my phone. I admit I was concerned when I read the reviews about the store, so I decided the worst that could happen is I walk out with nothing and find another Verizon. You all certainly put my doubts to rest when I walked in and found such a friendly and helpful store. Thank you, you have a new customer!
