  We had a horrible experience with Xtreme Images. We were having a decal put on a cranial molding helmet for our baby. The owner was non responsive to calls. When he told us the item would be finished at a certain time, we drove 30 miles to pick it up and it was not ready. He was unapologetic. When it was finally finished we went back to pick it up during regular business hours; the shop was closed, the owner was not there, and the $1500 helmet was left out for anyone to take. When we tried to reach him to deal with our complaint privately, he did not return our calls. In addition, the quality of work was low. We could have done a better job ourselves!
