  In December of 12/17, Sprint offered what I thought was a good plan and reward program. We were supposed to receive five hundred dollars and two hundred fifty dollars in gift cards. After five months and several trips to the Greenville office we have received three hundred dollars and no gift cards. Last week I called and asked for a number where I could reach their district manager. The rep refused to give any Sprint number. She said the money came from a third party. When I asked her why she couldn't call and fix the problem. She replied, "because I am not you". She was extremely rude. I have never been treated so badly by a company. That same day i contacted the Corp office. The rep was very polite and said he would take care of our problem. I would caution anyone to deal with the Greenville office. My husband and I have dealt with all of the employees including the manager. None of them have any business dealing with the public. All they care about is making a sale. Complete opposite of the Corp office. Beware of these dishonest unprofessional people!
